At age five, 1954, "the Bishop" (Chicago's Cardinal Stritch) stood over me and said, I had to "stop babbling" about what the priest did to me. It took me 40 years to talk about it again. Today, I babble.

Fired again: Examiner Dot Com bows to pressure from Church, eliminates my job as LA City Buzz

*

By Kay EbelingItalic
Producer, City of Angels Network

So here I am back at City of Angels again. After a post I put up April 29th-30th, the L.A. Archdiocese "General Counsel" contacted Examiner Dot Com and pressured them to remove me from their site. So far I have not been able to get a copy of that letter. But I was fired from Examiner Dot Com this afternoon. Oh well, that means:

City of Angels is Back.

After getting a letter from a Church Attorney, Examiner Dot Com decided they also did not like my side quips and snide remarks and as a matter of fact, they don't approve of on any of the stories I wrote in the last few months. Examiner Los Angeles, which promotes stories such as "Actress Reveals Chubby Belly in Bikini" with pictures stolen from copyrighted sites, found my stories about criminals being sleezebags to be "not in line with our guidelines."

Meanwhile Monsignor Richard Loomis is still listed as Pastor of Sts. Felicitas and Perpetua Church in San Marino, pictured here, and Loomis was supposed to be the focus of the April 29 stories that got me fired. Loomis, when he was known as Brother Becket in the late 1960s, had one good enough allegation against him to be one of the priests named in the 510 civil cases settled against the Los Angeles Archdiocese July 2007.

Monsignor Loomis has been on "leave" for more than two years and no one at the church can say where he's gone, as I caught the nun saying on video that was posted with the April 29-30 post. Loomis is still listed as pastor of Sts. Felicitas & Perpetua Church in San Marino.

Unfortunately I got sidetracked and went on a rant about a nun at the church being dressed in a way that I felt was too provocative for a nun, when I wrote that April 29 and 30th post. I still think it was a genuine observation.

It seems nuns in that church have gone full circle from 30 years ago wearing a habit, to today wearing anything they find at Target, cropped short tight dresses that barely fit, no matter how revealing. Maybe I should not have actually used the word sl--ty to describe the way I think the nun looked, but to me that word was an accurate description of her outfit.

Plus it still bothers me very much that a nun dressed like that was spending time in that room behind the altar with the priests before Mass that day at Sts. Felicitas and Perpetua Church in San Marino. I stand by what I said, even though it got me fired.

A lot of kids were raped in those rooms behind altars in Catholic Churches. It's not like they are some kind of sanctuary or anything. . .

I will try to find out more about Richard Loomis aka Brother Becket. I am driven now to find out more about Loomis.

And it feels good to be back in this site writing again. This template is so much friendlier.

The Los Angeles Archdiocese provides security for Sts. Felicitas Church, I recognized the jackets the guards were wearing when I was there last month, and the L.A. Archdiocese is apparently behind the pressure to remove me from my L.A. City Buzz Examiner post.

Oh well, in the long run, this means I can put all my focus on stories here and our pursuit of justice as adult vicims of pedophile priest sex crimes. In the end I think I am better off here.

Although I will miss that extra $80 a month or so.

So

That means once again, I'm asking my readers to Click the PayPal button in the top left column and put cash on my Account.

PS: Been fired so many times, I start making plans for unemploiyment before it is even official:

I was already taking a break, when I got fired from Examiner Dot Com. Funny thing is, I was taking the break because I was considering moving the ongoing coverage of sex crimes in the Catholic Church back to City of Angels anyways.

The entire time I was at Examiner, I had to produce stories on other topics. As a result, in the last few months, I lost my momentum in the pursuit of truth concerning the epidemic of pedophilia in the Catholic Church.

It's good to be able to say that.

There was an epidemic of pedophilia in the Catholic Church and it has not been eradicated.

Instead they want to eradicate the crime victims.

Anyway, Examiner dot com was only paying me $3 to $4 dollars a day. Hardly worth being harrassed about my content. And harrassed about being too creative with my fonts. I mean...

So, I'm ba-a-a-ack

I think you are better off here. For some reason, I wasn't reading your columns when you were at the Buzz, just didn't think you could have freedom there.

Getting fired is disappointing. But looking back, if I hadn't gotten fired from a job I had 4 years ago, I would have never found the great job I have now. Same for you.

Don't let it get you down Kay. The scumbag LA diocese has a lot of power. Perhaps this event will be a useful public reminder the next time they try whining about the equal protection clause or some other aspect of the constitution. Clearly, the Constitution is just like the Bible to the RCC, they don't really believe in it, they just use it from time to time to shield themselves from justice with it.

On another note....
Don't know if you will want to print this Kay, or even if you can or should, but just in case you can...HEY EXAMINER DOT COM, FUCK YOU, YOU SORRY FUCKING ASSHOLES!!! GO FUCK YOURSELVES!!SCUMBAGS!!

Why not just tell the truth Examiner.scum?

The LA Diocese threatened to bury you in court proceedings and you caved in without a fight. Your management consists of a bunch of spineless cowards with no regard for freedom of the press, of speech or anything else that threatens your miserable existence. Why not just place a disclaimer at the top of the page that says "LA diocese approved"..you yellow belly chicken hearted weasles??

Sincerely,
AZ

It appears TOD "GAY BOY" TAMBURG, or some other pedo Rainbow Sash Coalition type, is assuming my name, in a previous comment on this blog, and placing BULL SHIT comments, that are not mine.

For the record, I, Albino Luciani, MURDERED POPE, did not write the baseball comment, this was clearly an operative of the PEDOPHILE CULT posing for Roger M. Mahony's Felonious & Racketeering & Obstruction Of Justice Criminal LA Archdiocese.

THE SOLUTION REMAINS what St. Peter Damien correctly asserted: "STOP DONATING LAITY!"

Why do you think the LA Archdiocese threatend to sue if Kay's column was not killed? there was no slander, it was all FACTS!

This remains about MONEY, yours laity.

Mahony and his pedo cult KNOW donations are plummeting, and they will flight to your last laity contributed dollar or laity paid for adn squnadered assets in hiding their decades old and ongoing crime sprees.

www.bishop-accountability.org
/abusetracker for daily vetted & verified coverage and reporting on the Rog "Mahal" Mahony pedo cult, still ripping off literally multiple billions of your documented laity tax free offetory plate dollars, as well as the USCCB (Unremoved Sexual Criminal Cabal Bishops) and the Roman "La Cosa Nostra" Global Pedo Curia.

Edmund Burke reminds each of us: "The only consition for the triumph of evil is for good men (or women) to do nothing."

Remember, Rog "Mahal" Mohony is the third most EVIL and DEMONIC Cardinal in Church history, after Torquemada & Richelieu, with a close 4th tie between his pedo cult predicessors Tim Manning/Pedo Cult Head Benjamin Hawkes, in LA, as well as Francis MacIntyre.

5th place in the pedo curia deck of cards goes to Bernard Law (less), thief, liar, serial pedo enabler, and now luxuriating in Rome, uncensored, unpunished, unremoved, off stolen Boston priests' pension fund monies (documented) in the tens of millions of dollars. Read THE FAITHFUL DEPARTED by Phillip Lawler.

These Cardinals are criminal meglomaniacs and care about nothing but themselves and stealing your money laity! The record is very clear on this.

There is no middle ground whatsoever laity, you are either a pedophile cult financial contributor to this ongoing crime spree, with DEVILS like Roger Mahony, or you are not!

HOW WILL YOU ANSWER YOU MAKER?!

Fiat Lux & Veritas!

MURDERED POPE

Welcome to the club Kay. For 20 years the Pittsburgh Diocese has been retaliating against me for caring about the safety o innocent children and publicizing the the destruction caused by seminarian-grown terrorists, a.k.a. disfinctional sex freaks. There latest form of retaliation is to hang a picture of me in the Pittsburgh Diocese office. I'm described as a person capable of doing harmful acts and must be escorted off the property asap. I obtained my information from a security guard employed by the diocese.

I lost a job at SYSCO Foodservice in Pittsburgh as well. I was close to breaking the case wide open in 1991 and 1992. Lost my job in July through no fault of my own. Went on to become an industry consultant, published hundreds of articles in industry trade publications and was often asked to speak at trade shows. Yet, the SYSCO Corp thought I did not have what it takes to work for them.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is the pr firm for the Pittsburgh Diocese and one of their former investigative reporters left the rag in 1992 with some sort of settlement, not once did he investigate any of the information provided. That settlement was worth more than a Pulitzer Prize.

Keep up the fight, these temporary setbacks just make you stronger.

God Bless,
Mike Ference

I AM SO VERY SAD. I AM A PRACTICING CATHOLIC. I LOVE MY CHURCH AND MY GOD. I AM HORRIFIED ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HER AND THE MANY PRIESTS AND NUNS THAT HAVE HIDDEN BEHIND HER AS A WAY FOR THEIR EVIL DOINGS. IF I DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT SOME GOOD WOULD COME OF THIS I WOULD LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THE TRUTH, THE EUCHRIST, AND FORGIVENESS ARE WHAT I CLING TO. FOR I KNOW THAT GOD THE FATHER, CHRIST THE SAVIOR AND THE HOLY SPIRIT WEEP AT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HIS CHILDREN. ALL THIS IS FORETOLD AND ALL PROPHECY IS TO BE FULFILLED. SUCH SORROW AND PAIN. I PRAY FOR ALL THAT HAVE SUFFERED AND STRUGGLED WITH THIS. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU ALL

Sandy, your sentiments expressed are in my heart too. Jesus too had betrayers and those who denied and deserted Him as His disciples. To express this in percentages.. about a fourth, and so it continues to this day. A fourth almost of priests and religious betray Him but as He promised... "gates of hell will not prevail against the church". Satan has entered our beloved Church. There is no doubt about that. But there is satan working outside too and he gloats at our suffering. May God forgive those who do such destruction to the Church. I love my Church and I pray God gives me the grace that I never desert it for whatever reason for in it, I find the fullness of faith. We are not praying enough for our priests and now we see the result of our lack of commitment. We shall intercede on their behalf before it is too late for more of them. We shall pray for holy priests. Without them, we will be deprived of the Sacraments. Almost on a daily basis, there are stories of terrible deeds of priests but does that make our Church and its teachings bad? NO.. Christ instituted the Church and we are built on solid foundation. As marriages come apart across the world, so do our relationship with Christ, when we see how fickle we are. We say we Love Him but our actions are not at all expresssions of love. Our Lord weeps. He weeps but for how long would He show mercy? After that comes His judgement. May God have mercy on us and give us the grace of conversion before it is too late and we have to face the judgement of God. We pray for those who hate our church. We pray for that we may never be lukewarm in our love for Christ but be shining examples of what a true and loyal follower of His should be. We shall pray!
God bless all who write for and against the Catholic Church. Christ died for all of us.
I write from a nation that has just declared the end of a civil war. Catholics prayed daily for years to our Blessed Mother asking her help to end the war and she prayed for us for sure.

Faith is great, but not if it takes the place of looking at bare facts.

Faith in its purest form is what enables us to face even the most horrific facts thus Maximillan Kolbe amidst the horrors of Auschwitz could continue to minister to others as a devout priest and when thrown into the starvation pit because he pleaded to be able to take the place of a married man that pit which was normally a place where agonised shouts and screams were heard as the inmates slowly starved to death became a place of prayer and hymn singing.
Those religious who hurt the young were serving Satan not God and every one of them even if they elude earthly justice will have to face their Maker one day and Jesus warnrd
"Woe to those who scandalise my little ones"
Meanwhile everyone who works to protect the young by alerting authorities to suspect behaviour will help prevent future generations from harm.
Individual sin is the crux of the matter.
Like the previous writer I love the Faith and Holy Mother Church and I grieve for every person so sorely wounded by those who were wolves in sheep's clothing. They were innocent victime of sin just as Jesus was totally innocent and yet suffered terribly for our sins.I can never remember how to do the identity thing so I will have to use anonymous.
