Public schools don't need to be covered in these new bills as they have not operated as a secretive criminal entity, as has the Catholic Church the last decades. Church lawyers abuse any civil loophole they can to prevent the true stories from coming out, about rape by pedophile priests and the collustion at the top that let it happen. Public schools already are public. The Catholic Church is in bad need of oversight, as we see with these decades of serial felony sex crimes against children. THOUSANDS of crime victims of pedophile priests are in America today, maybe hundreds of thousands, and not one bishop has answered for the crimes.
At age five, 1954, "the Bishop" (Chicago's Cardinal Stritch) stood over me and said, I had to "stop babbling" about what the priest did to me. It took me 40 years to talk about it again. Today, I babble.

Flying parabolas over Gulf of Mexico in KC135 to test Zero-G. People ask how I fared on this U.S. Navy "vomit comet" did I vomit? No. I knew way back in 1978 that cannabis helps nausea for cancer patients. It was Texas, easy to find weed. Smoked 2-3 tokes before going up and everyone marveled that I didn't throw up, when almost everyone else does. I rode the KC135 out of NASA Houston 2 times taking photos and producing stories for NASA. Never shared my scientific results on medMJ at the time though.
